“Having a background in customer service employed at both large corporations and small local businesses, I learned early in life what it takes to provide excellent products and services to people who value quality and positive experiences.
At the age of 21 and after a couple of years working in the moving industry, I began to notice a few short comings of most moving companies. I often saw shady pricing practices, poor customer service, and low morale in moving teams. I felt that I could bring more compassion, integrity, professionalism and transparency to the industry. Therefore, in October of 2007, I founded All-Star Moving on the core values of honesty, punctuality, integrity, and efficiency. My goal was to ensure that our client experience is above and beyond our competitors.
Early on, I learned what clients need most during their moves. Our clients require friendly, experienced movers who show up on-time, are able to protect their home and belongings, and complete the relocation without wasting any time. If something unexpected arises, they want acknowledgement of the issue and a plan of action implemented immediately without skipping a beat. And that’s exactly what we offer: comfort, reliability, and transparency.”
